    Molasses?

    I thought about trying to use molasses instead of cane sugar if I'm ever in a pinch. Has anyone used this as a sugar in their kombucha? Does it take longer for the yeast to convert? If it did work, how much molasses did you use? I can't imagine using a whole cup of it like I would cane sugar.
